It develops the commons. As stewards, with private ownership of land and property. With requirements of buy-in to skill and productivity. Or no productivity - just positive fit in the community with forced buyout if they violate the social contract. Governed by statutes, with enterprise stewardship contract laid over the top. As such we create the OSE campus. It guarantees basic assets with productive infrastructure. It shares and grows the pie by developing education for replication of productivity.
But banishment cannot threaten security. They must retain access to at basic productive assets. And must pay their duty to the community. Such as running a school. Or running the fire department. Etc.
Bottom line - form abundance culture in an enterprise community. It can't be a parasitic community.
Amen that, I guess Marcin, me and the like did just land on the wrong planet, ... newer generations less and less capable to heal from past sins, fascism, greed, ... buried in the deep of our souls.
