One day you will die. : how silly I could spend easily 10 years working on a proper foundation first, as he said, there's a huge void to be filled, helping humanity to secure life supporting systems, indeed - as outlined in the first chapters of 'Evolution of Knowledge', and yet life is pretty short - I feel entirely wasted, fighting corruption, mindless gadgets, chasing the next nugget; I want to be a monk after all, a simple garden, a kite, ... 
It develops the commons. As stewards, with private ownership of land and property. With requirements of buy-in to skill and productivity. Or no productivity - just positive fit in the community with forced buyout if they violate the social contract. Governed by statutes, with enterprise stewardship contract laid over the top. As such we create the OSE campus. It guarantees basic assets with productive infrastructure. It shares and grows the pie by developing education for replication of productivity.
But banishment cannot threaten security. They must retain access to at basic productive assets. And must pay their duty to the community. Such as running a school. Or running the fire department. Etc.
Bottom line - form abundance culture in an enterprise community. It can't be a parasitic community.
Amen that, I guess Marcin, me and the like did just land on the wrong planet, ... newer generations less and less capable to heal from past sins, fascism, greed, ... buried in the deep of our souls. It's stunning, you can just walk out of the door and ask the next 5 people coming across, all with the same basic needs, looking for help ...

(1) Matter closure – can the system manipulate matter in all ways necessary for complete self-construction? As previously noted, the U.S. factory manufacturing system constitutes an existence proof that 100% materials (and energy) closure is possible.
(2) Energy closure – can the system generate sufficient energy in the proper forms to power the processes of self-construction?

no, no, and just no - if at all, it could be 'self assembling' at best, had similar thoughts designing 'flexibot', producing the necessary parts for other recycling machines (mills, using oil based motion,... drills)
