9c96511ec4 FIX: use plain text if available instead of image upload. 
Previously, while pasting from Excel 365 it uploaded a table image instead of markdown table.

FIX: Do not autocomplete categories or emojis in code blocks (#8459) 
This reapplies commit b643526d9a after
being reverted in commit f65c453555.

Unlike the original commit, this does a single pass and does not take
into account unfinished code blocks.

Sadly this introduces a regex runaway CPU condition, we will re-work
this so it is safe.

Emojis and category autocomplete show up often when writing code
snippets, which makes it easy to insert unwanted text by mistake.

FIX: forces a reload of emoji list if clicked on more (#7473) 
This is a bit hacky but it's much more simple and reliable than many other solutions and doesnt involve having to manage some variable state.

cdf34657f6 FEATURE: focus on composer TEXTAREA when iPad has a physical keyboard 
This disables a bunch of hacks that bypassed "focus" on iOS (cause focus
events that involve a virtual keyboard on iOS cause browser havoc unless
a physical keyboard is attached)

Also will focus on title on new topic
