- Move docking logic (intersection / dockAt / etc) from `glimmer-topic-timeline` -> `topic-timeline/container` to live alongside the `postScrolled` hook. - Toggle `timeline-docked` and `timeline-docked-bottom` when we are at the bottom of a topic.
