David Taylor a00b5a6aca DEV: Convert pm-topic-tracking-state to Ember Service (#17688) ... This will allow consumers to inject it using `pmTopicTrackingState: service()` in preparation for the removal of implicit injections in Ember 4.0. `pm-topic-tracking-state:main` is still available and will print a deprecation notice.		2022-07-27 13:00:43 +01:00
