Osama Sayegh 75599fb88e DEV: Refactor new user menu files (#17879) ... This commit includes the changes proposed in #17823. I've made these changes so that plugins that need to add tabs/lists with mixed item types - like the bookmarks tab that displays notifications and bookmarks - to the menu, don't have to write 2 templates like we currently do for the bookmarks/messages tabs (see user-menu/bookmark-notification-item.js that has been deleted in this commit).		2022-08-16 10:37:56 +08:00
