Martin Brennan 9d7b6779fb DEV: Remove suppression of popupAjaxError if isTesting (#13325) ... I made a change in https://github.com/discourse/discourse/pull/13083/files to suppress re-throwing the error from popupAjaxError if isTesting() but that causes issues in other places instead.
