* FIX: Remove svg icons from webmanifest shortcuts

While SVGs are valid in the webmanifest, Chromium has not implemented
support for it in this specific manifest member.

Revert when https://bugs.chromium.org/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=1091612
lands.
