<h4>Force without effort:</h4>
|
|
<p>Ideal for large productions, the engine does all the work by moving a screw piston system with a belt. Very compact, the machine is built on three frames bolted together, resulting in a vertical structure. The belt tension can be adjusted to control the pressure during injection. This allows a complete injection to be achieved with few burrs. Equipped with four 3" wheels, it can be moved effortlessly on a flat surface inside the workshop.<br></p>

<h4>Big and super fast:</h4>
|
|
<p>It has an injection capacity of <strong>120 gr</strong>. of plastic (Although I recomend to inject products under 100 gr.) That is like a disc of 11 cm in diameter and 1 cm thick. And it can inject continuously in <strong>5-8 minutes cycles</strong>.<br></p>
|
|
<h4>Easy mold connection:</h4>
|
|
<p>The conical nozzle and car jack allow for a faster and easier way to connect the mold to the barrel. Without leaks or pressure losses, this system ensures a reliable connection for a perfect injection.<br></p>
|
|
<h4>The machine includes:</h4>
|
|
<p> - All functional mechanical parts.
|
|
<br> - Bandheater and all the electronics at 110Volts or 220Volts.
|
|
<br> - 2 Tons Car Jack with returning springs.
|
|
<br> - 1 Reducer 1:10 with pulley and belt.
|
|
<br> - 1 Monophase motor at 110Volts or 220Volts of 1HP (750 Watts).
|
|
