UX: updates icon colors for FABs
...
There was a recent change in core where the opacity property was removed from icons due to SVG rendering issues on iOS. The colors for core icons were adjusted after that change but the theme was still using the old colors.

2 things have changed on desktop:
A- the way the topic reply icon is aligned:

Remove shadow from additional buttons

Adding box-shadow to certain "buttons" look out of place. This removes the shadow from the topic map expansion button, the +x more badges button on the user card, and the revision view buttons in the edit log.
