"text": "You can use a heatpress or an oven for this step. \n\nHeatpress: \n1. Put bottle caps (by themselves or with shredded flakes inside them/around them) between two layers of baking paper. Press at 190C for about 1 min, up to 5 min. \n\n2. Let the plastic cool down under a heavy flat surface, for about 10-15min to ensure a better result. \n\n3. Repeat step 2 \n\nOven: \n1. Choose the plastic you want to use, melt on a metal tray at 190C for about 10-15 min, or until all the plastic is molten. \n\n2. Use a press to flatten the tray, and let cool down for at least 1 hour for better results. \n\n3. Repeat step 2 \n\n\n*Keep in mind that the products will be more comfortable to wear if the plastic sheets are thinner. "
