Root cause is likely key formatting (Windows line endings from GitHub secrets UI) or missing public key registration on AUR. Argenis	7a7f18e7c3	ci: auto-sync Scoop and AUR on stable release (#3743 ) Add workflow_call triggers to pub-scoop.yml and pub-aur.yml so the stable release workflow can invoke them automatically after publish. Wire scoop and aur jobs into release-stable-manual.yml as post-publish steps (parallel with tweet), gated on publish success.
