Simian Astronaut 7 ad8e1e65e0 fix(ci): resolve lint and build failures in PR checks ... Apply cargo fmt to fix formatting diffs in openrouter.rs and serial.rs. Add web/dist placeholder step to lint, test, and build jobs so RustEmbed compiles without the gitignored frontend assets.
