Argenis 59014641bf fix(web): update rollup to patch path traversal vulnerability (#3258) ...

Updates rollup to 4.59.0 to fix CVE-2026-27606, an arbitrary file write
via path traversal vulnerability (GHSA-mw96-cpmx-2vgc).
Resolves Dependabot alert #2.
