- Bulk-fix internal links broken by docs/ reorganization into
  topic-based subdirectories
- Cover root READMEs (en/fr/ja/ru/vi/zh-CN), docs hubs, SUMMARY
  TOCs, and all subdirectory docs
- Fix ancillary issues: GitHub URL org name, LICENSE path, Vietnamese
  shim depths, installer rename references
