* feat(ci): auto-sync README What's New and Contributors on release Replace hardcoded What's New (v0.1.9b) and Recent Contributors sections with marker-based auto-sync powered by a new GitHub Actions workflow. The sync-readme workflow runs on each release and updates both sections from git history.
