* feat: add discord history logging and search tool with persistent channel cache * fix: remove unused channel_names field from DiscordHistoryChannel The channel_names HashMap was declared and initialized but never used. Channel name caching is handled via discord_memory.get()/store() with the cache:channel_name: prefix.
