Portable Speaker v0.1 - 'sound-blocks' - Overview
Brief
Design notes about a portable speaker using small scale plastic processing machines, Lab/Fab-Lab grade appliances or 3D-Print.
Goals (unconfirmed)
- Modular, eg: power pack, dedicated I/O Module, ...
- Outdoor , IPX6+ grade (waterproof) | 'beach-proof' ?
- Accessible world-wide

Currently, we're still looking into common industrial waste as
- PE500, providing wear resistance

- Standard: Bluetooth, Airplay, SpotifyConnect
- Powerbank
- Extension slots/interface for additional modules, incl. additional power modules
- Replacable battery
- Basic audio hardware, AUX-IN and AUX-OUT (loop/daisy-chain)
- Microphone - IN

- flexible flash-light/LED, perhaps attached on a telescope
- walkie talkie
- speaker meshing (multiple speakers, synchronized) - needs research on BT-5 and 2.4/5 GHz
- extensible I/O module: eg: addtional line-out/in routing
- stream to head-phones
- DLNA, perhaps internal storage as well - possibly a core feature ...
